Annie is a strong person. She is a good teacher to Helen because she understands Helen's isolation, and she trys to stimulate her potential from her. Even thoght she is a young lady, she has a beautiful mind to the world.
She is a poor irish, and she has nobody in her family. Neverthless her difficult family history, she is a funny and strong lady who gives a light to somebody. She has eyes to see inside of Hellen. The important thing is always inside of body. So, she is a strong person to discover somebody's potential.
According to the book, "Miracle workde", Anne say "Means something is inside",she has ability to make miracle for Helen.
